This is my first stickerpack with 12 different stickers. It also includes QR-codes on the backside, that lead you to the YouTube videos that show the process of creating the design of the sticker, because some designs were made on canvases, some are huge murals or quick freestyles… every sticker tells a story, and if I recorded the process, you will get access to the videos (2 are not public) to learn more about it…
 
All stickers are delivered unframed, no flowers or decoration of the mockup photo is included.
 
⚠️ Attention: Each country handles import tax fees for packages from abroad differently.
It may happen that you have to pay an import fee when receiving your Mystery Pack.

Feel free to send any product back for any reason. We will find a solution.

If something is wrong, please instantly write an email to hallo@smoenova.de

To give you a refund,the product has to be sent back in good condition. We only accept packages that are not damaged.

It is not possible to refund products that are damaged.

Please take care to send back products in original packaging with insured shipping and a tracking option - this is super important.
To qualify for a refund you should return the product to us within 10 business days after receiving the product.
Shipping and handling fees for return shipments are non refundable.

We are a small business with clients all over the planet, we can’t offer to take care of your return shipping costs.

If you decide to return a product, you will bear the cost of return shipment unless the product was damaged upon delivery.

NEVER ACCEPT any damaged packages! We send all products with insured shipping, so if something happens to the package on it´s way to you - it is the fault of the delivery service.

Please write an email first to hallo@smoenova.de to get all instructions to get the refund confirmation.
Once the undamaged product has been recieved by us, you will get your refund within 30 days after receiving your return product.

We will use the same payment method like you used to buy the product.

You will get the address for the returned products in our confirmation email.

All sticker packs are shipped from Germany within 3 working days after the order is placed.

Europe: approx. 7–10 working days

Sticker packs are shipped as international mail (envelope shipping).
Due to pricing and logistical limitations, we cannot offer faster shipping options for envelopes at a reasonable price point.

Tracking Information

This shipping method provides limited tracking.
Tracking is usually only available within Germany. Once the shipment leaves the country, further tracking updates may not be visible.

Customs & Import Taxes

Each country handles customs duties and import taxes differently.

Depending on your country, additional tax or customs fees may apply upon delivery. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.
