To give you a refund the product has to be sent back in good condition. Once the undamaged product has been recieved by us, you will get your refund within 30 days after receiving your return product.We will use the same payment method like you used to buy the product.

INFO: Due to the worldwide pandemic, shipping services have huge problems to get packages to some countries with planes. Most overseas packages will be sent with container ships these days - so please be patient, packages to Australia or USA take about 50 days of delivery.
