To give you a refund the product has to be sent back in good condition. We only accept packages that are not damaged.
It is not possible to refund products that are damaged.
Please take care to send back products in original packaging, with insured shipping and a tracking option - this is super important.
To qualify for a refund you should return the product to us within 10 business days after receiving the product.
Shipping and handling fees for return shipments are non refundable.
We are a small business with clients all over the planet, we can’t offer to take care of your return shipping costs.
If you decide to return a product, you will bear the cost of return shipment unless the product was damaged upon delivery.
NEVER ACCEPT any damaged packages! We send all products with insured shipping, so if something happens to the package on it´s way to you - it is the fault of the delivery service.
Please write an email first to hello@smoenova.de to get all instructions to get the refund confirmation.
Once the undamaged product has been recieved by us, you will get your refund within 30 days after receiving your return product.
We will use the same payment method like you used to buy the product.
You will get the address for the returned products in our confirmation email.
