You can preorder this print until 21st of December 2021 and it will not be available afterwards anymore.

The order of prints will be sent to the printing company at 22nd of December and we will start sending the prints immediately, when they arrive. This print will be signed, numbered and delivered with a super nice certificate of authenticity. Expect the print to arrive during january 2022.

You can buy this print including a personal dedication on the backside as an option.

To give you a refund the product has to be sent back in good condition. We only accept packages that are not damaged.

It is not possible to refund products that are damaged.

Please take care to send back products in original packaging, with insured shipping and a tracking option - this is super important.
To qualify for a refund you should return the product to us within 10 business days after receiving the product.
Shipping and handling fees for return shipments are non refundable.

We are a small business with clients all over the planet, we can’t offer to take care of your return shipping costs.

If you decide to return a product, you will bear the cost of return shipment unless the product was damaged upon delivery.

NEVER ACCEPT any damaged packages! We send all products with insured shipping, so if something happens to the package on it´s way to you - it is the fault of the delivery service.

Once the undamaged product has been recieved by us, you will get your refund within 30 days after receiving your return product.

We ship worldwide. If you were not able to select your country in the checkout, please write an email to hello@smoenova.de and we try to find a solution as fast as possible.

INFO: Due to the worldwide pandemic, shipping services have huge problems to get packages to some countries with planes. Most overseas packages will be sent with container ships these days - so please be patient, packages to Australia or USA take about 50 days of delivery. All products will be shipped insured and with a tracking ID. If there are any other problems - please feel free to contact us.
