To give you a refund the product has to be sent back in good condition. We only accept packages that are not damaged.

It is not possible to refund products that are damaged.

Please take care to send back products in original packaging, with insured shipping and a tracking option - this is super important.
To qualify for a refund you should return the product to us within 10 business days after receiving the product.
Shipping and handling fees for return shipments are non refundable.

We are a small business with clients all over the planet, we can’t offer to take care of your return shipping costs.

If you decide to return a product, you will bear the cost of return shipment unless the product was damaged upon delivery.

NEVER ACCEPT any damaged packages! We send all products with insured shipping, so if something happens to the package on it´s way to you - it is the fault of the delivery service.

Please write an email first to hello@smoenova.de to get all instructions to get the refund confirmation.
Once the undamaged product has been recieved by us, you will get your refund within 30 days after receiving your return product.

We will use the same payment method like you used to buy the product.

We ship worldwide. If you were not able to select your country in the checkout, please write an email to hallo@smoenova.de and we try to find a solution as fast as possible.

As this is a PRE-ORDER based print, we have to add 14 days of PRE-ORDER time + production, signing and packing them all. We stard shipping them out November 27th 2024. All order afterwards get shipped within 3 working days after your order. USA takes about 10 working days for shipping, within Europe it is even faster... world record holder for the slowest shipping is a print that took 92 days, because it got lost in a harbour - if you beat that record you get a handdrawing from me for free.
