Your apparel is printed and fulfilled locally (as close to your delivery address as possible), helping reduce shipping distances, CO₂ emissions, and delivery costs.

If your cart includes additional non-merch items (prints, accessories, originals, etc.), products may be shipped separately, which can increase the total shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each merchandise item is made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or simply no longer wanted.
Please check the size guide carefully – it is always included as the last image of each product.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it free of charge.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package and include:

A photo of the entire item

A close-up photo of the defect or misprint

Your order number

Our trusted production partner will review the issue and arrange a new replacement item, produced and shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address.

To keep your printed apparel looking fresh for as long as possible, please follow these care instructions:

Wash inside out on a gentle cycle at 30°C / 86°F

Use mild detergent

Do not bleach

Do not tumble dry – air drying is recommended

Iron inside out on low heat (max. 110°C / 230°F)

Do not iron directly over the print

Avoid using fabric softener

Do not dry clean

DTG printed garments may feel slightly stiff when new — this will soften after the first wash.
Proper care helps preserve color vibrancy, print quality, and the overall life of the garment.
