ATTENTION: This print has to get charged with a bright lamp or direct sunlight to glow. It does not glow on its own. It glows 20 seconds pretty impressive, and gets darker and darker until it needs to get charged again after 5-10minutes. If you want a steady glow, please shine with a UV lamp on it, the varnish on the letters is luminescent and also flourescent.

All prints are delivered unframed, no flowers or decoration of the mockup photo is included.

To give you a refund the product has to be sent back in good condition. We only accept packages that are not damaged.

It is not possible to refund products that are damaged.

Please take care to send back products in original packaging, with insured shipping and a tracking option - this is super important.
To qualify for a refund you should return the product to us within 10 business days after receiving the product.
Shipping and handling fees for return shipments are non refundable.

We are a small business with clients all over the planet, we can’t offer to take care of your return shipping costs.

If you decide to return a product, you will bear the cost of return shipment unless the product was damaged upon delivery.

NEVER ACCEPT any damaged packages! We send all products with insured shipping, so if something happens to the package on it´s way to you - it is the fault of the delivery service.

Once the undamaged product has been recieved by us, you will get your refund within 30 days after receiving your return product.

We will use the same payment method like you used to buy the product.

We ship worldwide. If you were not able to select your country in the checkout, please write an email to hello@smoenova.de and we try to find a solution as fast as possible.

INFO: Due to the worldwide pandemic, shipping services have huge problems to get packages to some countries. Average shipping time is usually about 14 days. But some Packages get stuck in custom clearance. If you break the record of 90 days shipping time Smoe will send you also a free sketch with the word/name of your choice. This makes waiting more fun. All products will be shipped insured and with a tracking ID. If there are any other problems - please feel free to contact us.
