Wood is a natural material. Each piece of art will vary from the product photos and have a different grain. Wood reacts to temperature fluctuations and can warp when it comes from cold transport to your warm home. We only use straight sheet material in production, please give the artwork some time to warm up when you receive it.

All artworks are delivered unframed, no flowers or decoration of the mockup photo is included.

To give you a refund the product has to be sent back in good condition. We only accept packages that are not damaged.

It is not possible to refund products that are damaged.

Please take care to send back products in original packaging, with insured shipping and a tracking option - this is super important.
To qualify for a refund you should return the product to us within 10 business days after receiving the product.
Shipping and handling fees for return shipments are non refundable.

We are a small business with clients all over the planet, we can’t offer to take care of your return shipping costs.

If you decide to return a product, you will bear the cost of return shipment unless the product was damaged upon delivery.

NEVER ACCEPT any damaged packages! We send all products with insured shipping, so if something happens to the package on it´s way to you - it is the fault of the delivery service.

Please write an email first to hello@smoenova.de to get all instructions to get the refund confirmation.
Once the undamaged product has been recieved by us, you will get your refund within 30 days after receiving your return product.

We will use the same payment method like you used to buy the product.

You will get the address for the returned products in our confirmation email.
We ship worldwide. If you were not able to select your country in the checkout, please write an email to hello@smoenova.de and we try to find a solution as fast as possible.

Most packages arrive within 14 days on all places on this planet, but sometimes they get lost in a harbour, or stuck in customs, but until now all packages arrived one day. The slowest package took 92 days so far, if you beat that record, I will paint a personal sketch for you!

All products will be shipped insured and with a tracking ID. If there are any other problems - please feel free to contact us.

Attention! All countries are handling tax fees for packages from foreign countries in a different way - It may happen, that you have to pay a tax fee, if you receive the artwork! Please check that first, if your country charges any tax fees for packages from Germany!
